1. Return Eligibility for Faulty Products

You are eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is found to be faulty or not as described. To qualify for a return, you must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Strict Verification Process & Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against fraudulent claims, all returns require a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video. This video must be taken on the same day the parcel arrives and must clearly show the product being unboxed and the issue being demonstrated.

  • No Unboxing Video = No Return Claim. If you do not provide this video, your return request will be denied.

  • Video Integrity is Crucial. Any signs of editing, AI-enhancement, or tampering will be considered a violation of our policy, making the product ineligible for a refund or replacement.

3. 3-Month Warranty & Exclusions

All products sold by LebyoPC come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty is immediately void and returns will not be accepted for:

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you have a valid claim within the 7-day window, follow these steps:

  • Provide the mandatory unboxing video as per our policy.

  • Our technical team will review your claim and the video to verify the issue.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Return shipping costs for verified faulty products will be covered by us.
