Return Policy

1.   Return Eligibility

              To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
 

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. If the item has been used, opened, or installed, it may not be eligible for a return unless it is defective.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the order number and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to initiate the return.

  • Original Packaging: The product should be returned with all its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (if applicable).

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:

    • Products marked as non-returnable.

    • Consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning wipes).

    • Custom-built PCs or custom-configured products.


2. Return Process & Mandatory Unboxing Video

            To protect against fraudulent claims, all returns require a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video.
            This video must be taken on the same day the parcel arrives and must clearly show the product being unboxed
            and the issue being demonstrated.
 

  • No unboxing video = No return claim. If you do not provide this video, your return request will be denied.

  • Video Integrity: Any signs of editing, AI-enhancement, or tampering will be considered a violation of our policy, making the product ineligible for a refund or replacement.

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@lebyopc.com or call us at +91-11-6926-9670. Please include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name and reason for return

    • The mandatory unboxing video.

  • Return Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. For verified defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.


3. Refunds
 

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • Refund Processing: The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have confirmed the return.

  • Partial Refund: If the returned product is in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued, and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.


4. 3-Month Warranty & Exclusions

                         All products sold by LebyoPC come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects
                         under normal use. This warranty is immediately void and returns will not be accepted for:

  • Physical Damage: Any damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse by the user.

  • Tampering or Dismantling: If the product's seals are broken, or if it has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by the customer.

  • Liquid Damage: Damage caused by spills or exposure to any form of moisture.

  • Electrical Damage: Any damage resulting from power surges, short circuits, or incorrect installation/use.
